My name is Jenny Marsden and I was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. I love living in Arizona and couldn't see myself living anywhere else. I've had a passion for cooking and eating healthy for as long as I can remember. I started this business from home with just my family and friends as customers. In August 2020 I was fortunate enough to be able to extend my love and passion for food to the rest of you! I believe a healthy diet creates a healthy mind. Feeling your best is important and I understand finding the time and energy to make the best decisions regarding your diet and health can be challenging.

My mission is to provide clean, healthy, and convenient food to those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle or those looking to change their diets for the better.  I believe healthy meal prep is key in that journey. And what better than local meal prep and meal delivery. I look forward to cooking for you!
